‘I’ve tried not dancing before and it feels like a piece of me is missing…It helps me to release, when I’m at home on my own, getting angry, or having a little cry, it’s a very personal thing. It helps me to release and get it out there. It teaches you about respect for yourself and other people. Dance definitely helps you to become more intuitive and to trust your intuition. Trust that you can feel the vibration, and rhythms, it’s within you…the rhythm of your heart, of your breath, of life. Dance to your own beat, not to anyone else’s.’
